Frenchie Smalls is a five-year-old French Bulldog from Charlotte, NC, with a larger-than-life personality and a flair for fashion that could rival any runway model. Born deaf (though you’d never know it), she was adopted in 2020 and quickly crowned herself queen of the household. Equal parts diva and sweetheart, Smalls has a way of turning every sidewalk into a catwalk and every accessory into a statement piece.
